Deli Chez - Bradford

I recently tried a steak jacket potato at this restaurant and it was amazing. However, when I decided to give it another try last week, it turned out to be the worst dining experience of my life. The steak was extremely dry, like chewing on rubber that had been left out in the sun for weeks. I couldn't even finish the meal, despite my efforts. Unfortunately, I am now recovering from a severe case of food poisoning. I will never be dining at this restaurant again.

A few years ago, I would have given Deli Chez 4 or 5 stars. However, a lot has changed since then. The prices have skyrocketed, the standard of food is disappointing, and in my opinion, their meals are not worth £6.90 at all. I would rather go elsewhere for a meal that costs £4.50 and is actually decent. There always seems to be new staff now, so I am not surprised that the food isn't great either. The chips are overcooked, and the panini/melt is burnt. The chicken also seems to be old and off, as I have experienced stomach issues after eating here. Deli Chez is no longer what it used to be, and the prices need to be lowered. It's a joke.

I arrived at the restaurant late just before closing time on New Year's Eve after a day of shopping and wanted a quick meal. I ordered a wrap, panini, and pasta. The young man and two girls working there were delightful, although I have already forgotten their names. The girl who took my order was named Anoush or Aroush, I believe (apologies for forgetting). They promptly served me even though they were about to close, which I appreciated. The service from them was excellent, a perfect 10. Both the panini and wrap were delicious, enjoyed by my mother and sister. Unfortunately, I did not enjoy the pasta as much. However, due to their friendly service and the tasty panini and wrap, I give them 5 stars. I would definitely recommend them and their paninis/wraps. Thank you so much!

Genuinely not a place I would come back to. Had to pop into Rawcliffes to get daughters uniform so thought we'd pop in for a bite to eat. Steak/chips around in a takeaway box cold! Questioned it to worker as was told its just hot cold now. Erm in 20 seconds from me getting to till really?! He took it off me and warmed it in microwave? WTH. We got few meals and they really need to restructure the staff and food needs updating.

Honestly eating is amazing was on a business trip in bradford was on the look for a healthy option tries thier chicken steak with salat I would definitely recommend, place is nice and clean with good quality good.
