I went to this restaurant for lunch on Tuesday with my family. The staff, especially Ruby, were very friendly and attentive. The food and drinks were delicious and well-priced. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend this place.

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. The service was incredibly poor and the staff seemed unhappy. My wife and I were looking forward to a day of food, drinks, and a movie, but the staff at this restaurant ruined our mood. One of them even yelled at my wife when she asked about our drinks that took too long to arrive. I would not recommend dining here.

I was extremely disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I placed an order through the app in hopes of saving time, but instead, it ended up causing delays and confusion. After waiting for 55 minutes and having to follow up on my order twice, we finally received our food. The portions were small for the price, and one sandwich still contained an allergen even though I had requested it be modified. We returned the sandwich for a new one, but even that was made incorrectly. One waitress was kind and apologetic, promptly seeking out the manager for assistance, but the rest of the staff was unhelpful and rude. The manager eventually gave us a refund for the incorrect sandwich, but it was too little too late. The cocktails were good with the 2 for 1 deal, but overall, the restaurant was understaffed and the food was disappointing. We will not be coming back.

First time visiting and was throughly disappointed. We were directed to a table in a corner, which was nice as we had a window view but the booth seats were so far apart we had to sit on the edges to just reach the table. We tried moving the chairs but they were heavy. We dined with a toddler and despite the staff member seeing that upon arrival, didn't give us a childrens menu or offer a high chair. We opted to sit her on the window sill seen as she wouldn't have reached the table otherwise. You order at the bar, which is fine. We ordered, over half an hour later a staff member comes over to say they sold out of onion rings. I don't know why that took so long to realise, but we were glad they refunded it. The food arrived after 40 to 50 minutes and the chicken burger was cold, not luke warm, fully cold. I don't know if that's how it's meant to be, I'd assume not. The childrens curry comes with a roti, that was so hard and inedible, and the rice was extremely dry. I can only assume everything was sat on the side waiting as the mac and cheese was piping hot. The mac and cheese, sweet potato fries, garlic bread, childrens curry was nice. Nobody came to check if we were happy with our food which is a shame as we would've addressed these comments at the time.

We went to the restaurant with family and friends on a Tuesday evening. The Food took 70 mins to arrive and only after we had asked twice how long it would be. seating wise we had been positioned at the rear of the restaurant next to the kitchen access where a constant waft of cigarette smoke was blow over the table. As compensation for the late meals we were offered free deserts. I would really struggle to recommend the food or the restaurant.
