Very disappointed to say the least! Visited last night for a family meal. Service was questionable to say the least, there was no pleasantries or smiles. Wrong drinks order came, no apology for this and just miserable faces back from the staff . Main course arrived and both mine and my husband’s curry was inedible. The ‘madras’ was at best something from a tin/jar and our other curry was burnt and bitter. Called the waiter over to let him know and again there was no apology, we were met with a face that couldn’t have cared less. Needles to say I rejected their offer to remake our food and rather just chose not to pay for said meals. Overall experience was shocking and unexpected given we’ve been dining in these restaurants for many years and have always been pleased with the food/service.

Very disappointed went with hubby for a birthday treat for the buffet booked for 9.30 felt like we feed off scraps that were left and staff busy sweeping up around us while we ate not a good vibe at all
