Boston Pizza - Bradford

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could, but 1 star is the minimum. The service was very poor, as the server was nowhere to be found half the time and didn't seem attentive to the 3 tables in the dining area. We had to wait a long time, and when the server finally came by, we had to order our drinks, appetizers, and main course all at once. The beer order took a long time, and the server blamed the delay on the bar. Regardless of whose fault it was, it's not acceptable to pass on the blame. The food arrived fairly quickly, but one of the pasta dishes tasted undercooked and the baked cheese seemed like it was melted in the microwave with no crispiness. The garlic and cheese breads were also soft and mushy. Overall, it was a frustrating and unappealing experience. This was not the only instance of bad service, as I had a similar experience about a year ago with no improvement. This decline in quality is unacceptable, and Jim T should be ashamed. We will not be returning to this restaurant as it is no longer an option for us. I will not recommend this restaurant to anyone. Please bring back the Boston Lasagna!

I had an incredibly fantastic dining experience at this restaurant. I highly recommend this place as they have impeccable taste, friendly staff, and an overall great atmosphere. The food was excellent and I would rate it 5 out of 5 stars.

Allow me to share a story about a girl from Bradford!!!! Niffy is an incredible host who is very friendly and makes sure to make you feel welcome, always with a smile on her face. Food: 5/5.
