The Shenai - Bracknell Forest

We ordered a take away for 17:45 but it wasn’t ready until 18:05 got it home to find one main was missing so we had to share 5 meals between 6 I emailed them the next day and the next but no response so scored 3 stars for poor customer service food was good

1st time since 5 years ago, let's hope I don't leave it another five years! I and my bestie were well looked after, the food was lovely, except the bahjis were greasy. Was surprised the staff remembered me, and talked as if I had never been away. Costs were a little more than I expected, but all round a lively dinner, with a great friend. Will be coming back again soon. Thanks everyone.

Upon being seated the drinks came quickly. Then 45 minutes later still no one had taken our order, even the popadoms hadn't arrived, we were told you didn't say how many so I didn't bring any! After asking again to place our order it took another 50 minutes for something to arrive. The carpet was stained and covered with other peoples food as with the menu's had greasy marks all over. The side plate was dirty, when changed it just went back into the same stack.I would have walked out had it not been Eurovision on the TV and my partner wanted to stay. Our bill arrived before we had even finished our coffee but it was for another table. Food was acceptable but small portions In a nut shell just total disorganisation!

Great food, great service. Food is very tasty and well explained. Its great to see the owner working hard with the staff.

Phoned up and food turned up 20mins later so you know its been already cooked and reheated. The girl messed up taking my details, then the food turned up without my naan and the lamb didn't taste like lamb at all. 36pound wasted. Never again.
