Our recent visit to En Sushi presented an opportunity to explore a range of rolls, including the Ta Ta prawn roll, seared scallop roll with teriyaki sauce, Korean BBQ pork belly roll, and crab stick hash brown. En Sushi's menu features inventive Japanese fusion concepts; however, some combinations didn't quite hit the mark. The crabmeat (crab stick/imitation crab meat) hash brown, while intriguing, felt out of place amidst the more traditional sushi offerings. The Ta Ta prawn roll and Korean BBQ pork belly roll showcased innovative flavor profiles, yet as someone who values the authenticity of classic sushi, these variations didn't align with my personal preferences. On a positive note, the seared scallop roll with teriyaki sauce offered an engaging interplay of savory and sweet elements. Our indoor dining experience at En Sushi was accompanied by a prominent greasy, deep-fried aroma originating from the kitchen. This pervasive scent unfortunately lingered throughout our meal, significantly impacting the overall dining ambiance and enjoyment. To their credit, En Sushi's pursuit of culinary creativity is admirable, even if it occasionally leads to unexpected combinations. For those seeking a more traditional sushi experience, exploring alternative menu selections might be a better choice. It's important to note that a pleasant dining atmosphere, free from overpowering odors, greatly enhances the overall dining satisfaction.

Beautifully made sushi , so well constructed , extremely tasty , loved the cheese soft shell crab Korean bbq sushi . The venue is clean and atmosphere is very comfortable cosy.
