Cafe Oxford is FABULOUS! The lovely gentleman behind the counter is always so welcoming. The little breakfast is fantastic, great cost. LOVE their hashbrowns. Would definitely recommend!

If I could give this place more than five stars I would. What lovely people and good food. :

The owners are a lovely sweet couple, putting heart and soul into this business! The coffee is delicious, the burgers are always tasty, the Bacon Egg on Sourdough is also a favourite. It’s good value for money. (The only two bad reviews for this cafe are complete false allegations, so also speaking as a tenant, I would say totally disregard them).

We at Smoke Alarm Services often order our Whiting Burgers while we have our lunch break, they are Perfect. We even started bringing them home to our families who also agree they are the BEST BURGERS IN BRISBANE!

I work at 292 Water Street, and discovering this place was like finding a hidden gem! I quickly found myself coming here almost every day. John and Jenny go above and beyond to provide exceptional service; they are neither slow nor lazy when it comes to serving food. They are fantastic conversationalists, always greeting you when you arrive and bidding you farewell when you leave. If you visit as often as I do, you’ll soon know each other’s names and orders! My partner loves coffee and claimed it is the best he’s had anywhere, which is high praise coming from him. I often order a smoothie, and they’re perfectly blended (the pink drink is a favorite of mine). The burgers look like they came straight out of an advertisement and taste incredible! Please ignore the couple of negative reviews; they are unfounded criticisms of Cafe Oxford. I truly love coming here; it feels like a second home! Come enjoy the atmosphere, the food, and the wonderful company! xx
