Little Caesars Pizza - Bracebridge

Called to inquire if I could move up my pickup time and was hung up on. When I picked up my order it was another debacle. Also none of the sauces I ordered and paid for were in the takeout containers. Very poor customer service in the front of house.

Sometimes, quality is excellent. Other times, we are served wings with broken bones, unidentifiable pieces of meat served as wings, and feathers still attached. HORRIBLE customer service!!! Placed an order for pick up. 1 stuffed crust, 1 regular crust, 2 orders of bread sticks wings. Called back not even 1min after placing the order to cancel JUST the regular crust pizza. It took me calling them 8 times for them to finally pick up again. The lady over the phone was so rude saying it was already in the oven so I couldn’t cancel it, I was super apologetic even suggesting if they just put it in their case in hopes they could sell it that way. She said no because it was stuffed crust, I said “well that’s funny it’s a good thing I did call back because my order would have been wrong anyways because that pizza was supposed to be regular crust”. The lady then argued with me insisted that I was lying and was only saying that because I wanted to cancel that pizza. When that was clearly not the case so I simply said “fine I will just cancel the WHOLE order”. The lady was so rude and said “That’s fine I don’t care” then hung up on me. Clearly this location doesn’t care about customers satisfaction, perhaps getting nicer staff to take the correct orders over the phone/in person and then dealing with the customers with respect. Pizzaville got my money at the end of this.

Don't waste your time go to Domino's or 241 never have anything ready even at lunch time. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Very upsetting when I called to order a pizza 20 minutes before closing and was told “we already started closing and don’t take orders this late”
