I was recommended by a person of Neapolitan origins, so I knew I was going on safe. we were a group of 14 friends and we went out of there all very satisfied. excellent leavening of the dough and cooking, excellent seasoning (in three we took the pizza with the flowers of pumpkin, mozzarella and anchovies...squisita). the room is cozy and spacious. We ate outdoors and he was really fine. Prices are also contained. I recommend it to those who love Neapolitan pizza, high and soft edges, well cooked in the center.
We stopped here after a nice afternoon at the Spa of Sitigliano following hunger and instinct. They have not betrayed us: delicious fries (among the best ever eaten, really delicious and highly digestible, very kind staff and very welcoming place. The only and significant, negative note is related to the choice of dessert. Memorabilia of having read on the menu 'handmade sweets ' (no price we ask what are available, we are illustrated 3 and opt for a tris of ricotta cheese cake, arrive 3 small glasses that we eat gladly but without the transport of the previous courses. No problem until we ask the account and find out that the amount charged for dessert is 10 euro. We then ask for information to the staff thinking of an error, but kindly confirm that the price is correct. Our opinion, based on a rich experience of kitchens and restaurants, is that a dessert at 10 euros is located only in places of other category; if I eat two pizzas for a total of 9 euros I must at least be informed that I am ordering a dessert that will cost more than two main courses together. If we had read the price we would have oriented on another, so we suggest to inform the customers of this disproportion of costs because to find it in the account is a good shot;
Returning from Rome to home, my wife and I thought we could stop eating a pizza, a friend of mine had told me about this pizzeria, located along the Via Braccianese, let's try. lard bruschetta with honey and nuts. Great. Pizza and calzone also, excellent ingredients, I hardly judge a pizzeria on Saturday evening, too many people and high oven, normally pizzas cooked out and raw inside, little digestible. I must say it was good. Only one note, for the next winter, the ideal would have a double entrance, not to let the cold enter, at certain times it was really too much.
