Toro Bozeman

The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was vibrant.

I would like to see more vegetarian dishes on the menu, such as the delicious flower taco they used to offer.

We ate at Toro when it opened. The food was fantastic. We recently went back there to eat again and expect the same food. Boy, we were wrong. One could say that it was prepared before, then frozen, then heated to serve. I had a Luchador Burrito and there were two thin slices of pork on it. There were rice and beans, but none of the other foods were in it like the crema, cheese and pommes. My husband ordered the chimichanga and the chicken interior was frozen. The other person in our party couldn't even eat what she ordered. We all agreed that there was little to no alcohol in the margaritas. What a shame. A decent Mexican restaurant in Bozeman would be fantastic. It was a busy night in Bozeman, but not in Toro, and now we know why. On a positive note, the servers and hosts are very friendly and do a good job. It must be hard to serve people when obviously the food is subpar. We all agreed that we should have gone to Taco Bell instead.

I took my daughter and her roommates to this restaurant during my visit. They all loved it and Toro will definitely be a must-visit for all future trips!
