Pretzel Place - Bozeman

I ordered a pulp with cheese and got it pretty fast. the staff was very friendly and helpful. thanks for the great experience!

They usually love this place, but today I had it. the man who works should not even have a job there. we feel like an inconvenience to take our order. we spoke clearly to him and he could hardly answer.

This place is so good- the personal is sometimes overwhelmed, but they do a great job- easy geduld.

They collect the cash that only 20.00 and gave me change for a 10.00 they simply did not pay for the money and said I gave her only a 10.00 never hated to believe that they cheat older people out of their money.

I ordered cheddar cheese with my LARGE pretzel bites and the 17 year old blond girl gave me nacho cheese along with a regular instead of a large (paid for large not regular). Keep in mind she’s done this twice in both times that I’ve been there. She was hardcore flirting with my boyfriend and after she told him nacho was better she gave that to me instead of cheddar. Control your workers and their hormones please. Don’t want it to happen again.
