The food was prepared to order, and the blizzard was delightful while the meal was served hot. There are some ongoing construction works at the main entrance, which makes entering and exiting a bit tricky, but that’s not their fault. Just be prepared for a slight delay if you arrive around noon. [10/2020]

The food is consistently excellent, and the service is outstanding. The happy staff shows that they genuinely care about their customers.

The burgers are consistently decent, but it seems like the teenagers and college students tend to hang out a bit too long. The fries are almost always cold and soggy, which is disappointing. Although it's supposed to be a fast food place, the wait time to get through the line is around 20-30 minutes, so don’t expect it to be quick. Be prepared to wait a while for your food, even if you're just at the window.

Pretty good. lady at the window was super nice, but definitiw not the blizzard. she said it was too insane. she turned the other so that was disappointing, but tasted good.

It's absolutely ridiculous, there is no parking there, and the parking lot is tiny, accommodating quite possibly 4.5 cars in line for the drive-thru, and then there is the street. And then where do you park it to eat it? I went to the empty music store lot across the street. Be careful though, don't do what I did, I turn left into the street and it was a one way! I'm trying to maneuver the traffic coming at me while my cone is dripping into my lap. I think it's ridiculous that you can't go in and order, you could possibly park somewhere else and then go in. I got the fruity dip whatever it's called, the guy said it tastes like fruity pebbles, and it didn't. It was awful. I peeled it off and just ate the ice cream. $3.98 for a medium cone. I could have bought a whole gallon at the grocery store. Sorry, a thumbs down from me for this.
