Chipotle Mexican Grill - Bozeman

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant, especially as a parent with a small child in diapers. It's not a suitable spot for a lunch break if you expect to change a diaper, as there are no changing stations in the restroom. On top of that, the seating was a disaster and needed to be cleaned before we could sit down. I hope this isn't the norm. To the owner: there’s plenty of wall space available to install a changing station—please consider doing so.

I try to give the food service workers the advantage when the things are not exceptional, but this chipotle has a clear pattern of subpar service and a clear lack of management. the portions we have received each time when we have eaten here were good wimpy; I paid $10 for the half-full bowl attached in the photos. the personal could not be disturbed to help the line that flowed out of the door and were more interested in doing prep work while the hits at the bar were full. I hate that this is the only chipotle in the city because it is regularly disappointing. avoid going to all costs.

Terrible service! What started as a pre-order (as shown in the picture) arrived with the bowl only half full and several missing ingredients. We drove to the restaurant to address the issue. When we showed the employee our receipt, she laughed and attributed it to a "rush" that the kitchen was experiencing. After they remade our entire order, some of the staff questioned why I didn't just eat what I had. I explained that I wasn't going to eat when my order was incorrect. It surprised me that they would even suggest that. Our meal was returned to us without much courtesy from the staff, and even the back-of-house workers made comments about our presence. I do not recommend this location; Chipotle is usually a great chain, but this restaurant needs serious changes. I hope management takes these reviews seriously.

I paid $30 tonight and didn’t receive any chips, and the guacamole was a bad, brown color. There were also missing ingredients in both of my orders. Usually, this Chipotle is quite good, but I've had a negative experience each time I’ve visited recently. I ended up having to use some old guacamole I had at home for my bowl because what I received was just unacceptable.

I love Chipotle but this is the worst chiptole Ive ever been to. They’re out of everything, bad portions and it’s dirty. Their chicken and steak tastes nothing like any other Chiptole that you would normally taste. Also found some surprises in my queso.
