Blue Smoke did an outstanding job for our rehearsal dinner. The owners were fantastic and provided invaluable assistance during the planning process. The food was excellent, and the staff were top-notch. I can't recommend them highly enough as a caterer. Be sure to check out their food truck in Three Forks as well!

Blue Smoke catered our daughter's wedding last weekend, and they absolutely knocked it out of the park! The food was incredible, and their staff was fantastic. Planning a wedding during COVID brought some unique challenges, but they were wonderful to work with. If you're in search of excellent BBQ, definitely give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

The food is absolutely delicious! My favorite dish is the tacos, and I love pairing them with the beans on the side.
