Texas Roadhouse - Boynton Beach

This restaurant is definitely a step up compared to most others in the area. I've visited a few times and one aspect that keeps it from being outstanding is the inconsistent service and food quality. Sometimes, the servers are fantastic, while at other times, it's difficult to get their attention. The food quality also varies; there are days when it’s excellent, but other times it feels rushed and below par. If they could achieve greater consistency with both the food and service, it would easily earn a solid 5 stars.

The dining experience was terrible. Everything cooked on the grill was unappetizing, particularly the burgers, which were the worst I’ve ever had. The service was sluggish and unhelpful, and the staff was rude and aggressive. The chefs should all be let go, and it's shocking that management allows such low-quality food to be served. This place does not deserve to be called a restaurant.

Great food and a wonderful atmosphere! I've enjoyed some amazing dishes here. The staff is friendly and attentive, and their signature drinks are delicious. I felt a bit sorry for the server, as tips are not included in the bill. During my visit, I was seated next to a family that was clearly unhappy with their experience and complained about everything. I really have to commend the server for their professionalism; they remained respectful and did everything possible to accommodate the family's needs. I’m giving a 3-star rating in the hopes that management will consider including a tip in the bill, as the staff is excellent and truly deserves recognition for their hard work. A side note: they have a fun promotion on Wednesdays!

I was just in Texas roadhouse in the south and we were not back because their service was not good. that was a few years back.. Now we went to the boynton tonight. we had not dinner with my shiny in a because were thrilled to go over ..our server was elaine .. now she started off nice, but when the night on her demanor was short and rude .. she even went away, shook her head when we talked to her as if she could not be disturbed .. now they would think if they had the necessary to do what it would be because of. but she has made herself worse than we were sitting there. my brother in the law decided to join, so we waited for him. make sure that we continue to order food and drinks, so it is not as if we sat there with water and free rolls. they at one point said it was an hour, I am sure he didn't come.. so we felt rushing into order without him.. as I said we were constantly ordering cash drinks.. Our tab was over 300 and we are 50% drinking money all the time. she had luck, $40 .. wearing a hot, that says I love my job is definitiw not true for her. especially when she was just nice to us when she knew that we were going..

Everything was great! The food was fantastic and loved the dancing by the waiters and waitresses!
