Sushi Simon - Boynton Beach

During our first visit to Sushi Simon, we were pleasantly surprised by the friendly staff and the excellent service provided by Jackie. The atmosphere was lovely, and we enjoyed miso soup, an organic ginger salad, and the house’s spicy tuna jalapeño roll. The presentation of the dishes was impressive, but it was the incredible flavors that truly stood out. Since we live nearby, I can’t believe I hadn’t discovered this hidden gem sooner! My husband and I have been visiting this restaurant for a few years, and it has consistently been our favorite spot for date nights. Without a doubt, it's the best sushi we've ever tasted. The service is excellent; the staff is always friendly, and the food never disappoints. They offer a fantastic variety of rolls, and the specialty rolls are among our favorites, especially the Crazy Lucy soup! Food rating: 5/5.

Best sushi hands down I've had in south florida. I come here all the time and they're consistently amazing and sushi is incredibly fresh. Waitresses are very educated on the menu, you can tell them a few things you like and they can help you choose the perfect roll. 10/10 every time!Food: 5/5

This restaurant has the BEST sushi and sashimi that we have had!! We have ordered the Boat, Sashimi dinner, and various custom rolls and ALL of them have been amazing and super fresh! I highly recommend the 100 Year Lucky sake, too!!
