Martini's Tuscan Grill - Boynton Beach

The restaurant is great, I would have rated it 5 stars if it weren't for one thing. I ordered just a cappuccino and was not given the option of having it there or to go. As a result, I received the smallest $6.00 cappuccino ever in a Styrofoam cup.

The food was delicious, but the service was subpar. It seems like the owner is putting in effort as he was seen constantly bustling around the restaurant, but he should invest in training his inexperienced staff. They lack social skills and struggle with basic customer interactions, plate carrying, and teamwork. Additionally, using a school cafeteria food trolley to serve meals does not align with the restaurant's goal of being a classy dining destination.

When we brought this to the attention of the waitress, she seemed to ignore it, saying it was her fault the machine put it in wrong. We were left wondering if she should know the price of the specials in a restaurant. They eventually corrected the bill, but when I pointed out that I have never paid $16 for a Tito's vodka before, they explained they charged $4 for the ice. We also noticed an extra charge for the pasta substitution instead of mashed potatoes, which cost $3. At this point, it didn't matter how the food tasted because we were disappointed by all the overcharges. The lack of apology from the staff made matters worse. This experience really ruined the restaurant for us, as we had to fight for what was rightfully ours and left feeling aggravated.

It's happy hour at Martini's from 4pm 6:30. Eggplant Rolintini, meatballs, cheese sticks, bruschetta, or wings and pizzas (4 different types). Bar menu has to be at the bar or ask for reservations outside to get the happy hour price. Had 3 bruschetta and a 4 cheese pizza, and 2 beers for $20. Great place to grab some good food and not spend a fortune!

Traveling from Fort Lauderdale to Orlando and decided we didn’t want fast food for dinner so we drove off the turnpike and found this place. We were seated soon but waited awhile until someone took our order. We split an order of calamari and the Frank Sinatra pizza. The calamari was so chewy and the tentacles we so bad and tough we spit them out. One good thing was the bread that was brought out with a great topping. The pizza looked so promising but was disappointing. We couldn’t find the toppings mentioned in the menu. The pizza wan’t the worst we have eaten but far from the best. We mentioned to our server about the calamari and he just stared back at us. If were residents of the area we wouldn’t eat there again.
