Dunkin' - Boynton Beach

I arrived at the restaurant at 5:30 thinking they were open, but found out they actually opened at 6:00. However, a worker noticed me waiting outside and came to the door to inform me that they were opening later than usual on a Sunday. Despite this, she still took my order and provided excellent service. Overall, a great dining experience with exceptional service.

The service at this restaurant is extremely unpleasant, especially considering they are the ones who frequently make mistakes with orders. With so many other Dunkin' locations available, it is not worth being bothered by the incompetence at this particular establishment, which can't even get a basic signature item right.

I went to the Dunkin' located on Military Trail to grab breakfast for my family, just as I did every day. While looking at the menu, I decided to take a picture to show my wife some options. However, when I tried to do so, an employee behind the counter began yelling and gesturing frantically. After several attempts to communicate with me, I finally understood that I needed permission from the corporate office to take a picture inside the restaurant. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I believe Dunkin' has lost my family as customers.

Service is always fast and friendly. The coffee is always hot and the food is always fresh. The restaurant is very clean.

Very Friendly Workers, I have been coming here since it has opened... Love it !!
