Domino's Pizza - Boynton Beach

I placed my order at 11:35 AM on August 6, 2022, at this Domino's location. The staff said it would take 35 minutes. After waiting for 1 hour and 15 minutes, I called to check on my order, and the woman informed me that they had no record of it. I checked my bank account, and I was charged $23.79. I drove to the store to explain the situation, and the staff made a new pizza for me. After waiting another 30 minutes, when my pizza was finally ready, I was told I had to wait another 30 minutes. As of now, it’s 1:32 PM and I still haven't received my food.

I frequently have issues with my order being incorrect, and the last time this happened, I had a hard time securing a refund. It seems like they need to hire more staff, which is a common challenge for many places since the pandemic. I hope they address this soon, as I understand how challenging it can be. However, I probably won't be ordering from here again.

I tried to place an order over the phone, but it was too busy, so I decided to go to the restaurant to order takeout instead. It turned out to be a fantastic decision. Nick was incredibly courteous and had a pleasant demeanor. He was very attentive and offered me straightforward recommendations for the specials. I only had to wait 10 minutes, and then my pizza was ready. Since I requested half of it without tomato sauce, he generously provided me with a small pizza at no extra charge, also without tomato sauce. It's rare to find that kind of service these days!

Order from here and then be sure to call to be sure they READ the directions you requested. I can't order from this location without something being incorrect. Whether it's the request on the crust. Or the way you requested to have it sliced. Something.It's ALWAYS something! Maybe one day they'll hire people who can read and follow simple instructions!?

Cold food. Don?t even know what this is that they delivered. Tastes really bad too. The food came out of the oven almost an hour before it was delivered to me. The picture attached is supposed to be ?cinnamon bread twists?. Can?t get ahold of them on thephone for a refund. Thinking about driving to the store to try and get a refund in person but from the other reviews it doesn?tlook like going there will be a very pleasant experience
