Chick-fil-a - Boynton Beach

My mom decided to stop by to pick up dinner on the way home from the hospital. Timothy took her order, asked how she was doing and she told him that things havent been great lately (my grandma had a heart attack). Then when it came time to pay he said it was already taken care of. He even refused a tip. My mom started crying (happy tears). She says its one of the nicest things anyone has ever done for her and is so happy to see that there are still good people out there. It was really nice to see her smile after everything thats been happening recently. I just wanted to show my appreciation and thank Timothy again! May God bless him! Also, the food is always amazing- keep it up chick-fil-a!! You all rock!!

I just want to give a shout out to Marcus who is one of the managers here. I arrived when it was busy and he's working hard with being where he needs to be. Whether it was helping customers, pushing the drive thru line, or helping his employees. And on top of that he has a great personality and customer service skills. Will definitely come back!

Second time this week they forgot food in my order. Only seems to happen at this location! They forgot 2 4-count chicken strips. No way of getting that money back or the food I paid for unless I put all 3 kids back into the car and drive back there.Definitely check your orders after leaving the drive-through!

Experience in the theory I had ever had at a Chick-fil-A location. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and asked melted cheese. had not, moreover, the bun hard was dry and cold. the bun was not fresh and no butter on the bun. I had to throw that sandwich away when I came home.
