Dunkin' - Boyertown

Stale Bagels! I just walked through the ride at 2:35. I didn't order a simple bagel with butter roasted. The bagel was hard and stabbed. I went back through the line and said I needed a new bagel because it was stale. She was nice to me and gave me a replacement. He was as hard and stale. This time moved away and went elsewhere for a snack.

The bagels here are consistently stale and taste like they've been leftover from the day before. I first noticed this because the Dunkin' at my workplace serves fresh bagels. The donuts are decent, but overall, the food is disappointing; it's really just a place for drinks.

Pretty good. The drinks were good and the staff were nice.

Good service. Fast drive thru. No complaints. Coffee order is right or they re-make with an apology and zero questions. I appreciate the DD workers here. Don?t know them personally but they?re always nice and engaging. Please tip!!

Amazing tasting iced coffee. The only thing I'd improve on is the lack of friendliness of worker. She handed me my coffee. I smiled at her thanked her. She never said your welcome nor smiled back. Instead, walked away from me in a hurry. My business there didn't seem appreciated at all. I expect more from DD usually get my friendliness reciprocated.
