Hardee's - Box Elder

Walked in there today they had a limited menu..I wanted a chicken club. No. Bbq chicken no..it was ez I walk across the street to mc Donalds..f÷ hardee 's

The customer service was fantastic and the food was fresh and hot! Will definitely stop by again when I'm near there. Seems to be new management or something cause a couple years ago it was terrible. Kudos on the improvementsParking: There is no shortage of space

So they have 6 people waiting to order and I'm next in line, but she won't take my order because the last customer had a big order. The drive thru person and front counter person and both cooks all need to work on that order before they can take anymore orders.....drive thru doesn't get told to wait tho. If this is how customer service scores stay good then you have the wrong idea. If I was a secret shopper you would of failed, Sara!!!!! Horrible reason not to help a paying customer.

It's a good fast food place with burgers better than most of them.

Doesn't allow mobile ordering for who knows what reason
