Montana's Bbq Bowmanville

First of all, our reservation wasn't recorded in their system, even though it was confirmed through Open Table. We were seated without any issues. We've always enjoyed the food at this location, but unfortunately, both of our meals were disappointing this time. The drinks were fine, but my ribs were very dry and didn’t fall off the bone as expected. The wings were good, but my husband's fish and chips didn't meet our expectations either. I requested extra napkins, but they never arrived, nor did we receive any wet wipes for our sticky fingers. Based on this experience, we will not be returning to this restaurant.

After I received my Cara Card back, she lingered at our table while we were trying to pay and discuss her tip, which made us feel quite uncomfortable. As a fellow server, I understand the importance of giving guests privacy when they receive the bill; I always step aside to allow them to handle their payment in peace. I found her behavior unprofessional, and overall, our experience at your restaurant was not very enjoyable.

The fries were served lukewarm, and the brisket on my burger was too tough to chew. The overall flavor of the food was just average. However, I have no complaints about the service; the waitress was excellent.

Service was great from, Kara! Enjoyed the food. She was amazing with our kids. We will definitely be back!

Kara was absolutely an amazing server to me, my brother and sister!Ribs were fantastic and Kara was super friendly and catering to
