Starbucks - Bowling Green

Dear Starbucks dropped my drink about a week ago and my friend and daughter drove back and replaced it. I thought that was great. Thank you, whoever you are.

This place is incredibly well-organized. Today was apparently Red Cup Day, which made it busier than usual. I was just hoping for a routine Starbucks run. Although I had to wait a bit longer for my drink, the staff was busy but very friendly throughout the process. I wasn't aware it was Red Cup Day, so I checked in at the front counter about my mobile order just to confirm it went through (I’m not the best with technology, haha). The staff at the counter was really welcoming—they offered to make my order later if I needed to leave or even refund me. Knowing how hard they were all working made me more than willing to wait. Everyone here deserves a raise! I was very impressed by their professionalism, positivity, and efficiency. Keep up the great work!

Typically, the service is quite fast. There might be times when you wait around 10-15 minutes, but if you're accustomed to larger city Starbucks locations, a 15-minute wait is impressive. I've experienced waits of 35-45 minutes at some places even after placing a mobile order before arriving. Fortunately, that's not the case here. The service has consistently been excellent.

The new draft brews are amazing! This is the first time I get two nitro brews. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I ordered the cookie crumble drink and a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich, and both were delicious. For my next visit, serve the sandwich open-faced, and you’ll definitely earn a 5-star rating. Cheers!
