Mcdonald's - Bowling Green

I'm always stopping by the Mc Donald's on the Bypass to grab kids meals for my kiddos and occasionally me too. I do think it's the best Mickie D's in Bowling Green tho. They seem to have quicker Drive threw service and the food is always fresh.

Food was hot, fresh, fast however the cousmer service lacked alot. I stood at the front counter patiently waiting for ketchup three employees walked right passed me didn 't even acknowledging me. I finally spoke up it took me asking many times to receive ketchup. I was told 'people are on their brake that 's why they didn 't give you ketchup or stop when I spoke '. It only takes a half of a second to give my family ketchup. I understand brakes are important for labor law and getting a rest however cousmer service is alwayf first.

I went through to get some ridicules and I didn't even know they were closed, but they were still serving me! and then I split all my frys on the way home and I went back and they gave me a big fry. best mcdonald is out there. great service!

It was mcdonald’s, the drive was dirty, didn’t have to pull up and they have to bring it out, they actually had it ready. the first time I stopped on this one.

This is a great place to eat, the workers are always polite, I never have to wait for my food. great customer service. I recommend this mcdonald’s to everyone. the good workers?
