Contribuiți la feedbackThe woman in charge, wearing a purple t-shirt, was rude for no apparent reason. We waited at the counter for an extended period before being acknowledged, only to be met with an unfriendly attitude. After we placed our order, the computer system crashed, which understandably caused a delay in receiving our food. However, we ended up waiting so long that we were ignored, and when I went back to the counter, I found the staff just standing around. There was no apology for the missing food, just an eye roll. The cashier then attempted to fix the missing items without wearing gloves. Additionally, the lobby was not clean, with no tables wiped down. Having worked in the fast food and restaurant industry most of my adult life, I understand that everyone has bad days, but this seemed more like a pattern. The staff clearly needs better training, and some of them might need to be let go. At the very least, they should greet their guests promptly before assisting them.
I placed an order online around 6:50 PM for unsweetened tea but received it sweetened instead. I ordered 12 pieces of extra crispy chicken but got 8 pieces of original and 4 additional pieces. The side of potatoes was only half full, and the chicken definitely didn’t taste fresh. It seemed like they were trying to close up since several cars were turned away, with staff saying they had run out of chicken. I wish they had informed me about ordering online; it would have saved me $38.
This sign stated that they close at 4 o'clock, but they actually shut the doors at 3:30. After waiting outside for about 15 minutes with no one appearing, someone finally came to the door. They allowed other customers to enter even though we had been waiting in the parking lot along with at least five other people who were also waiting for food. It was only because another customer who wanted to dine inside tried to assist us that they eventually acknowledged our presence and were called to help us. We mentioned that the manager had locked the door and left, while the customers who were inside were trying to get out, and the staff just stood around doing nothing.
It should only grab and run kfc. we arrived at 8:30 a.m. and the load was closed, only passing through. so we have joined the line. maybe 6 cars in front of us and it was over 1/2 hour before we got our job and drove away. we think we counted 3 employees and they all seemed to do something, but it was really right. I feel for the few people who want to work and take over the task vs, what seems to be so many employees, just don't get back to work? our food order was accurate, more efficient, spicy, etc. as desired. I hope to change quickly because customers will only tolerate inefficiency for so long.
This place is so nasty, in need of deep, deep cleaning. Shoes stick to floor, my foot literally came out of my flip flops. And employees are really racist. Other guest said same thing and said they would never go there again.
