Hardee’s - Bowling Green

Asked for some onion rings at 0830 and was refused, we all know you pull them out of a freezer and deep fry them. Other locations don’t care what time it is, they make you what you ask for. I’m extremely disappointed in the service and reactions to my request. Dietary restrictions: Absolutely unrealistic to put a time of day on what you can order, I’m insomniac, I eat lunch for breakfast, what kind of person turns away a paying customer just because of what time it is?

On the evening of June 14th, 2023 at approximately 5:30 pm, we ordered food from the Hardee 's Drive through for a total of $22.81. When arriving at the window we provided a $50 bill and were told by both the windoow attendant and manager that there was not enough change in the drawer (change in this case would be $27.19) to break the $50 bill. We provided a card to be run in the interim. However, after being given food the drive through attendant told us don 't come back , slamming the window in our faces before a response could be given properly or the request discussed. The claim of not enough money to break the $50 was obviously a lie as no decent establishment has less than $30 in thier drawer for change at a given time, especially before a dinner rush. Furthermore, this was terrible customer service and professionalism. We were both courteous (until the unprofessional dismissal) and provided alternate payment. There was no reason whatsoever for the ending comment of the drive through attendant.
