Starbucks - Bowie

The service was extremely rude. When I asked for a sip lid, the waitress with the blonde wig rolled her eyes and grabbed one with her palm, making it seem unsanitary since I would have to put my mouth on it. Then she took another lid and turned away as if I might steal it. It was really unpleasant. I suggest that they find a different job if this is how they're going to treat customers.

I had a fantastic experience with customer service thanks to Victor. I was having a rough day, but his friendly smile and professionalism really brightened my mood. He also prepared an excellent green tea latte. Thank you, Victor!

I’m willing to go out of my way and pass several other Starbucks just to return to this one. The exceptional service and friendly atmosphere make all the difference. It’s still my favorite Starbucks!

Rude and not friendly. I order a grande but ask for it to be in a venti because I want the extra room not because I want the extra drink. Mind you I order this every day at different Starbuck locations. She told me “I have to charge you for a venti.” Not just this location but some of the staff are RUDE.

Inside of Target Seriously wish these locations would be more clearly marked as being inside of another store. Picked this location because it was listed as a 10 minute detour on my trip. Turned out to be a 30 minute detour!Friendly staff but very slow service. No blonde roast. Old style cup lids (I'm a fan of the newer sippy cup style).
