Longhorn Steakhouse - Bowie

The restaurant feels outdated and is still facing challenges. It's evident that they are short-staffed, but the most concerning part was that some of the staff appeared uninterested in being there.

The boxed mac and cheese was inedible, and the entire entree was served cold. The service was also disappointing. I don't typically leave negative reviews, but this was the worst dining experience I've had.

Unfortunately, if the server had been better, I would have given this place 5 stars. The food was excellent and cooked to perfection. The starters arrived promptly and were fantastic...

Lunch was very quiet. The food is prepared quickly. Friendly and welcoming service. But that's it. This gave dinner I didn't really feel like cooking vibe 's.

The staff was friendly and made sure we had what we needed. The bread was fresh and hot as it came to the table. We ordered drinks and eat all at once. Drinks came out within 5 minutes after the order. The filled mushrooms were bombs and food we cooked for perfection. My steak was cooked as I ordered. My wife's ribs were juicy and fell directly from the bone. The best night we had all week.
