Contribuiți la feedbackI called for two occasions to place a catering order; and every time I was told that they could not take my order because the manager was not on site. I was also told to place an order online, but I explained that when I tried to do this, I received a message to place my order due to the amount I needed for order.
Visit the city and wanted to try another sub-shop next to Jersey Mikes (which I love by the way) when entering the facility, I could immediately say that this is not a pleasant experience due to the unsanitary conditions and the smell of the restaurant. Every table was completely dirty, the floors were dirty, the staff looked dirty and Sweaty. The cashier was friendly, he took our orders and we just waited and watched the operation. Another employee came from behind with Ear-Pods and began to make the sand. His hair was crushed and he had a hair net. The cashier placed our order in the system and returned to the sandwiches with the same gloves. The sandwich was absolutely terrible, everything was just thrown in! We ordered turkeys, but there were also huge pieces of Bratbeef in the container. Please save your money, you are better off subway if you want to stay in a budget. Jersey is still #1! I don't like seeing my sand made? When the front of the restaurant looks like this, God knows how the back looks.
First customer So ordered online to be a meatball base and chili to be ready for lunch. Get back 1202 pickup drive 5 minutes to find out Sub is cold chili bowl not even half full provided with no spoon. Wow hate to say it, but if this quality of food I stick with the subway. And I hate subway
Terrible. The pickles forget the honey mustard. The wait was absolutely horrible. You worked two people, but where was Gracie? Since this no longer their business things are groaned and evil. I don't like this food?.
Not at all satisfied with my order. I called at 8:30 pm on a Friday, no answer. They don?t close until 9. Whatever. I ordered my sandwich online. When I arrived about 10 minutes later, there was a bag waiting for me. They didn?t have the chips I ordered with my sandwich, they were all out. I could see they were fulfilling a catering order, there were the chips I wanted in one of the catering boxes. Someone else will get them. The worker told me I would have to go through the online service to get a refund for my chips. That?s ridiculous! Then I checked my sandwich and it is definitely a small size instead of the medium that I ordered. I made the worker aware of this. I?ve been to Firehouse countless times over the last 2 years. Instead she decided to try and convince me what I ordered was in fact a medium. It?s not. I think they ran out of medium bread fulfilling the catering order and decided to still charge me as if I received a medium. Horrible! I will not return.
