Chick-fil-a Bowie Marketplace

ALWAYS check and double check your order before leaving this place! Almost every time we have ordered from here they forget parts of our order.Tonight they forgot a sandwich and the salad dressing in our family's order, didn't realize until I got home. Not even close to the first time this has happened, though, as they habitually forget fries, nuggets, dressings, or other salad add-ons (usually I catch those before I leave). This location is also crazy slow and inefficient, like instead of a normal drive-thru they have employees standing outside in the drive-thru lane running orders to cars farther back in line but not the cars at the front of the line. Their systems make no sense. We live close to this location but will likely stop ordering from here as its just too much hassle.

When I went to make my order, they were busy and I understood that, the girl taking the orders couldn't take mine because her iPad stopped working so she sent me to the pick up window and said I could order there. I went there and made my order, all went went and the guy told me to go park next to the chick Fil a car. I went and parked there, I knew it was busy and I could see them all working hard to meet demands so I knew it was gonna be a little wait. I sat in my car for a while and no one came. I had to go inside to take me order, it was already cold and not even an apology. I was fuming because why make me wait when I still have to go in to pick up my order, I understand that you're busy but I felt like my time was wasted when you could have just told me to go pick it up inside. I would have gone somewhere else if I hadn't already paid.

Service is fast, fast at the point! the kids who take their order(s) are right at the point! they also have great manage. they all love. they were properly raised, not hatched? Food: 5/5

I ordered 2 spicy chicken sandwiches and they delivered only 1 and the broth was stone. when I called and finally got someone who copied a job with me because I asked if they could deliver the missing sandwich instead of giving me credit, as they are the ones who forgot to pack that sandwich.

I was here a few times, but this time the line felt particularly slow, although, I think I found my new favorite spicy chicken sandwich. I didn't really like the classic grilled because it had a dill taste, even without a pickle. not this sandwich, and the marinade had a perfect kick.
