Buffalo Wild Wings - Bowie

I went to Buffalo Wild Wings lanham Md 2/2/23. The service was good and upon paying for my meal $20.02. I paid with a $100 bill and received $79 even.When asked about my change I was told its policy for them to round up keeping 98cents of money I didnt owe.has any one heard of this practice? College Park location doesn't do this.This feels like someone is padding their tips.i still tipped her more than the suggested amount on the receipt. Please be mindful cash customers when going to lanham location.

Regardless of what you order at this restaurant, you'll likely receive something unexpected. If you ask for a dry rub, you'll end up with something wet instead. If you request a regular dish, you might get a crispy option. While the staff are friendly and attentive, the takeout experience leaves much to be desired. I ended up with a wet dish when I ordered dry, and my order was mixed up with boneless pieces instead of the traditional options I requested.

I ordered a Double All American Cheeseburger, but both patties were completely burnt. This was my first and last time ordering this item. I love Buffalo Wild Wings and decided to give their burgers a try, but I’ll definitely be sticking to the wings from now on!

Unfortunately, I had a really terrible experience with the service tonight. The kitchen prepared my burger, but no one was at the front to help. It seemed like the waiter and bartender preferred to serve customers who were drinking alcohol or those they knew. I chose to sit at the bar so that the bartender would notice me and I could place my order and retrieve my food, but that didn’t happen. I’m in the service industry myself, so I understand how it works, but I just didn’t get the chance to enjoy my dinner. I was hoping to grab a beer after my meal, but at this point, I really don’t want to be here. At least the kitchen did a good job with the food.

We visited on Friday, September 22, 2023, for happy hour. The average wait time for a beer was around 20 minutes. Although they have about 25 beer taps, only 10 were operational.
