The Ice Chef Springbourne - Bournemouth

This was my first experience trying rolled ice cream and I was really excited. While it wasn't the best I've ever had, it was still pretty good. I have to give credit to the talented people who made it, watching the process was really cool.

I went with my partner who had a delicious coffee (and he is a coffee snob), his 4 year old who has ice cream and loved watching the process of it being made and I had a milkshake. The milkshake was unbelievably delicious and I was rather disappointed that Amber was unwilling to save me any ice cream ! Would recommend !

We were quite excited to have our desert based on the positive reviews but sadly we were left disappointed. The taste and texture just wasn’t like traditional ice cream and we found it quite tasteless if you ignore the toppings. The portion was really generous though.

Delicious ice cream rolls, hand-made in front of your eyes with the freshest or naughtiest ingredients of your choice! The Iced Chef is the creative masterpiece of a very gifted and talented young lady who is as refreshing as her creations! If you have a sweet tooth and you love the best ingredients in your life, then you deserve to reward yourself with one of these delicious creations ... I thoroughly enjoyed this unique experience and highly recommend the Ice Chef!

The restaurant was not worth the amount I paid. They were an hour late and disorganized. The staff was not very friendly and seemed to be in a rush to leave. I had expected a better experience based on their social media but was ultimately disappointed.
