It is wonderful to have a bar with a new approach that sets sustainability first. the good news is that both eating and drinking are delicious. update juni, by the way – the sustainable approach is so suitable in the fabric of the place that there is a chance that they will not even notice. the team will gladly guide them through the finer points, but I feel that it is random. all companies (and people) must realize that this planet does not survive the rate of consumption and pollution it is exposed to, without some changes being widely accepted. it should be the norm, not a pr stunt. the small plate offers have evolved and remain both delicious and keywords: “small plate”. do not expect large plates. if they feel peckish, maybe they ask the team, which articles fill more? culture-yield kartoffels for example. Typically, order three options tick the box for me. terroir offers a large selection of drinks, but please do just a few free to ask if they don't see anything on the board they want. they are adept bartender. white wine splash around and koks? simple things naturally, but everything easily achieved. there are all kinds of ingredients simply from the eyes under the counter. a last word. if they want an inspiration for some sustainability changes that the world needs so urgently, they ask the team. They don’t do being unique on the high road, or some “more than you” have moral high point. they do it because it is the right thing, and while they are something at the forefront of things, it is the kind of action that needs more and more people and businesses to take over for maximum impact. or (of course) they could simply dip in to eat a bite and drink in a relaxed environment.
My wife and I tried the 10-course tasting menu at this restaurant and it was absolutely amazing. I have dined at many high-quality and Michelin-starred restaurants in the past, and the food at Terroir is just as good, if not better. Each course was a delight, made with sustainable ingredients of the highest quality. The service was exceptional. I highly recommend dining here!
I recently enjoyed a delightful Christmas-themed lunch at Terroir Tapas. The game tasting menu was exceptional, made with high-quality ingredients and expertly prepared by the talented chef. This eco-conscious restaurant has even been awarded a green Michelin star. The cocktails were creative and delicious, although the wine pairing was just okay. However, the selection of local wines provided an interesting mix, with some being an acquired taste but still good value. The standout dish for me was the hare doughnut - absolutely memorable. Thank you to the whole team at Terroir Tapas for a wonderful dining experience.
This restaurant is amazing in every aspect. We had the 10-course tasting menu with wine pairings at the chef's table. The chefs explained each dish to us in detail, and we enjoyed chatting with the head chef about his vision and the sources of the food. Everything comes from local, sustainable sources, and the meal was beautifully prepared and incredibly delicious. The wine pairings were fabulous, and the bartender was very knowledgeable about them. This was one of the best meals we've ever had, and we have high standards. The entire experience was flawless, and we couldn't find a single fault. Do yourself a favor and dine here now!
