Sprinkles Gelato Lansdowne

What I’m about to write is such a shame, given that we love the food at sprinkles. We came in today as a special treat, and witness as an elderly man came in and asked the server for their help. He explained that his mobility scooter was nearly out of charge and he wouldn’t have enough to get him the last 2 miles home. He pleaded for them just to let him in to charge his scooter, and even offered to pay for the electricity. The server contacted her manager, who said ‘no’. Where has the human compassion gone?! Absolutely shocking.

We went to this restaurant to celebrate my granddaughter's birthday. There were 9 of us, so the bill was quite expensive. Unfortunately, after 7 of us received our orders, we were told that they were out of the ingredients for the other 2 dishes. Additionally, one of the waffles fell off the table and no one came to clean it up. We weren't offered a replacement either. We also had to ask for cutlery and glasses of water.

We were the only customers in the restaurant at the time and the staff were just casually eating ice cream and not attending to any cleanup duties. The service was incredibly slow, even though we were the only ones there. When our waffles finally arrived, they were cold and my friend's waffle was so dry it might as well have been a slice of bread.

Ordered vanilla cone and received chocolate, was then told by a worker I was basic. Later I needed a drink, I went to get one and not only was it really warm. It tasted like toilet water. Towards the end of my visit I visited the toilet. **** was all over the floor, the toilet had a massive poo stain and it wouldn’t lock. Never going there again

I attempted to place an order through Just Eat but was unsuccessful as they did not accept the order. I then tried calling the restaurant, but they did not answer. I decided to go to the restaurant in person to order and pick up my food. I ended up waiting in line for 30 minutes, despite only having 4 people ahead of me. When I finally reached the front, I was told that it could take an additional 30 minutes to receive my order. The staff's manners were poor and they were working at a very slow pace.
