Roosters Piri Piri Bournemouth

Very overpriced for ok food. I’ve ordered many times over the years and sadly noticed a decline. £4.00 for the smallest bag of chips! They have literally halved the chip portion recently! Honestly McDonald’s is as good and a third of the price!

How disrespectful! Ordered a whole chicken plater with two sides, came only the sides with NO chicken. Called the restaurant, asked for my chicken and been told that they got a camera which shows that the chicken was in the bag , how ? . After paying for not even a good quality chips and rice 24£ got a refund of £0.80. It’s a shame , I was a regular customer, but from now I won’t order anything from them ever again.

I ordered a chicken burger after a long day at work and was excited. However, when I bit into my burger the chicken was still pink inside. You would think a store that cooks chicken daily would know how to do it properly. Everything else was fine though.

Really just want to remind the folks that work at Roosters that they can join a union to ensure certain rights and stop being taken advantage of. I know this is part of a chain but from an outsider's perspective it seems like they are doing less than the bare minimum to keep their employees safe and happy. Unite The Union are just up the road, you can contact them day or night to get better equipped for the next time your boss tries to screw you over (which he will).

Staff unfriendly and not helpful. All of the women in there besides the one that took our were poor. Also didn’t adhere to nhs discount after spending £50 and would only give us a basic side for the compensation.
