Every visit to this charming Italian restaurant is a delightful experience, thanks to the most amazing customer service we have ever received. The staff at Barolo always goes above and beyond to ensure that our family, including our children, feels welcomed and valued. We attend Barolo Bournemouth regularly for all kinds of events from family celebrations to casual dinners and each time we are greeted with warmth and hospitality that is second to none. The team truly makes us feel like part of the Barolo family, and we appreciate the personal touch they bring to every interaction. What sets Barolo Bournemouth apart is not just the great food, but the exceptional service that accompanies it. Our children are always treated with care and attention, and the staff goes out of their way to make our dining experience enjoyable and stress free. We can't recommend it enough.

Excellent service, atmosphere and food as always. My only critism is their take away service offers better portions of things like vegetables and potatoes than when you eat in.

Visited Ristorante Barolo for my stepdad’s 60th birthday and had the most amazing time. The service, food and atmosphere was 10/10. They made us all feel so special and the happy birthday song was lovely. Would definitely recommend this to anyone visiting the area and great for families too. Thank you again for making our weekend so special
