Parkstone Heatherlands - Bournemouth

The double American cheese burger. Well I'm not sure what's American about it. Tiny little burgers(this would be a starter in America) ,burnt to a crisp. Chips ,burnt too. The change on the new menu for burgers at this place is terrible and simply not being able to cook a burger and chips is staggering. From our table. Numerous orders came out wrong. My daughter's chips so burnt and hard the NHS will be forking out for new teeth for the poor kid. Having to advise your child to suck the chips first to soften them, is a tad of an issue. Long and short of it.. if you want at proper burger . Don't go here or any other spoons. If you want your order to arrive as you asked... Don't go here. If you want it cooked properly..don't go here. Fyi... I know I'm at spoons. But even for them, this is staggering.

So we had our food delivered to the table with a few things wrong and when we complained about the food the first shift manager short with black hair was the rudest man i have come across how ever when we had nearly finished our food a manager called luke came over to our table and asked if everything was ok and we explained to him our concerns and he made sure everything was put right and couldn’t ask for a better experience from a manager it’s just a shame i couldn’t say the same for the shift manager at the time however i would just like to say thank you luke you did a great job

We recently moved to Bournemouth and had the pleasure of dining at The Spoons in Winton. This establishment is truly beautiful and stands out as one of the best we've been to. I enjoyed a large full English breakfast with a steaming cappuccino and a glass of refreshing orange juice. Our server, Becca, was exceptional - friendly, competent, and made us feel right at home. Her customer service was top-notch and really set the bar high. The breakfast, cooked by a talented young chef, was delicious, flavorful, and served promptly. We can't wait to return to this fantastic restaurant.

This restaurant is a Wetherspoon pub, so you can expect affordable prices for food and drinks. They offer a wide selection of drinks, including new ales. The food is also tasty - we enjoyed the ramen bowl. What stands out the most about this pub is the excellent staff. They are friendly, attentive, and efficient. This is not your typical budget dining experience. Definitely worth a try. You won't be disappointed.

The staff greeted us warmly in a cheerful, clean environment, and the food was excellent. We ordered breakfast and a main course, both prepared exactly how we wanted. We will definitely be coming back.
