Harvester The Durley Inn - Bournemouth

We arrived and they had a limited menu due to no gas to cook food travelled quite a way on the hottest day this year nitemare parking to have to be told that not impressed shouldn’t have taken on line bookings knowing they had a problem!!

We used to visit Durley Dean Harvester every week, but stopped going when they changed the menu and we couldn't get what we wanted. I'm glad to say that things have vastly improved since the last time we visited, and although the staff seem to have changed a lot, the service was efficient and speedy. We visited on a 50% VIP deal, and hope that Harvester join the Tastecard scheme soon (like a lot of other chaines have recently) and we would possibly go back to visiting weekly again.

We very much enjoyed our visit. We had excellent service and good food.

We often go for a stroll along the beachfront and on very sunny days it’s nice to stop in at the harvester for some nice food to round off the day.

Great location right on the seafront prom with a view of sunset. Inside was busy and quite noisy, with the service just about keeping up. Food was standard for a Harvester nothing special but decent enough. Kids loved it, with the salad bar especially.
