Godfather's Pizza - Bournemouth

Absolutely amazing food!! I don't order from anyone else as their food is always perfect!!!! Also, their delivery guy Shaun could not be more friendly, quite often stopping for a quick chat!! When you open the door, you feel safe and are always welcomed with friendliness!

I ordered a burger meal. Once I came to collect it it was only a burger and when I asked with the chips the staff member snapped back at me saying I did not order them. I know I was right but he kept shouting at me I took the burger as I already paid but it was chewy and had no flavour. I am NEVER getting food from here again

Been using them for over 10 years. Ordered pizza, arrived 1hour 15 mins later, was luke warm and was not to the standard expected. When phoned to provide feedback they were somewhat dismissive. So have deleted my account and will go elsewhere in future.

Ordered from here this evening, the order arrived earlier than expected, but they had sent a bottle of normal coke (my partner is a diabetic and therefore would always ask for a diet coke) the driver was extremely rude and told me to call the shop and walked off in a huff. I called the shop and they told me that it hadn't come through on the comments section. I apologied maybe it was an error and explained the reason we can't have normal coke and he agreed to send a diet coke, I also told him how his drivers attitude was. The same driver returnedwith the diet coke and snatched the other drink from me and walked off and slammed our gate. My partner followed him out and asked what the problem was and he said that i had complained in the rain and then he was abusively rude to my partner in his face agressive and spat towards my partner at my car. We then called the shop to let them know how their driver had been with us which he then proceeded to support his driver, no apologies and also started to talk over my partner in a mildly agreesive way. It gave us the feeling that this is the culture from the top to the bottom. Not only will we not order from them again we shall also let people know of our experience. We are also contemplating filing a police report especially since there is a pandemic at the moment.

I ordered meat. Came after 1 hour without chips or rice. The meat was old and could not be chewed. Late at night I got stomach pains and vomiting. Everything there is very dirty. And they never have fresh produce. I think it should be closed because it is dangerous to health.
