Costa Coffee - Bournemouth

Hi prices to receive a lukewarm cup of hot chocolate. Its a shame as this place has the potential to be a good little meeting place. Some of the staff are not that pleasant either.

Although the restaurant has only relocated down the road, the new location is much improved. It offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, and the staff remains excellent.

Best display of products I have ever seen at a Costa. It is a very busy coffee shop but the queues of people were quickly served efficiently. The staff were very polite and well organised.

This is one of the best Costa coffee shops.Friendly staff,all who work very hard at producing an excellent coffee.Good range of food including some gluten free food.Can get very busy on a Friday due to it being market day in Thatcham.

Well located on the main shopping strip at Broadstone, but very busy with few spare chairs or tables. This was annoying for us but must mean they are doing something right as this is a shop that seems to be placed to appeal to the locals as opposed to us tourists. Their food and coffee was certainly passable and I can see the place as a welcome bolt hole for locals looking to escape. For us out-of-towners, the Broadstone Costa experience left us wondering what was different about this shop that we couldnt find in any other Costa Coffee anywhere else in this world. Perhaps its that (to us) monotonous consistency that's the point of this place.
