Caliman Kinson - Bournemouth

I walked into the restaurant to order a burger, but it was so awful that I threw it away and went to McDonald's instead. The restaurant appears to have not been cleaned for a while, with grease on every surface and a mess everywhere. I discreetly took some photos that don't fully capture the extent of the filth. I also noticed that they do not display a food hygiene rating, but I suspect it would not pass inspection.

Absolutely disgusting order tonight. Items missing. Garlic cheese torpedo one wrong, one well ripped in pieces, buts of tin foil in it. Stuck to tin foil. Phoned up rude guy on the phone couldn’t be bothered. Items re-arrived and one baguette could hardly find the cheese. Chips and cheese cold and taste disgusting think same chips that where left at the shop 20mins previous. Not worth the money. Won’t be going there again.

This was my first time ordering from this restaurant, but unfortunately, the food arrived an hour later than the expected delivery time. I called three times beforehand to inquire about the delivery status, but was still left waiting. After an hour passed, I decided to reject the delivery and requested a refund due to the extremely poor service.

This restaurant in Bournemouth is the worst place to eat at. If you eat here, good luck to you for the next 5 years. It wouldn't be surprising if there are rats eating the food in the kitchen. The hygiene rating of 1 star speaks volumes - they only clean the floors with water and it's doubtful if they even wash their hands before preparing food. The microwaved kebab is a complete mess. I haven't eaten here since I was 12 years old, and it's concerning how this place is still open for business.

Do not order from here especially from delivery platform. This place is unhygienic a mess and dead insects on the waiting seat, The customer service was pretty nice but that aint the point. I ordered mixed kebab with fries, once i did i heard the microwave go off, they have put the kebab and cold leftover fries to the microwave and to no suprised stale and greasy, the kebab was bland and dry, the salad was dried out especially the cucumbers. I had to throw it into the bin, those who rate 5 stars are you for real?
