Contribuiți la feedbackPutting our caravan into winter storage had taken longer than expected, so we were late setting off on a 300+ kms drive to an overnight stop at Crevin. We arrived at 6:30 pm were looking forward to a quick shower, followed by dinner in the hotel 's own excellent restaurant when we were told that it was closed [on a Saturday night! . Calls to several other restaurants brought only, Desolet, mais nous sommes complet. We set off on a restaurant hunt came upon Au Cottage. It was also fully booked but we were allowed to occupy a table on the small terrace. On an unseasonally warm October evening we sat watching bats flitting round the rooftops jumped a mile when the church clock above us chimed 8 o 'clock. In spite of the restaurant being full, the young couple served us quickly with an excellent 3-course set menu. We left feeling that all was right with the world after all.
Worth the walk from the river. Very good service, great menu including very good steak and the best chips I've ever eaten. We had struggled to find restaurants within walking distance of the river due to the rural nature of our boating holiday. This restaurant was worth the uphill walk and the outdoor terrace was ideal in the evening sun. The walk back to the boat on the river was blissfully downhill- very easy.
Pulled off the autoroute for a quick lunch somewhere that wasn't a motorway service station, this place is lovely, nice food, nice staff, good prices.
Original, generous pancakes, delicious salads, just as copyy. Card renewed recently. A welcome to the quality of the whole. A crêpery with an intimate side. I'd like to keep it just for me, but sharing good things is one of my currencies. Enjoy your appetite and...
The cakes are good and the desserts excellent. We find that the price of the cakes has risen significantly for a year. The welcome is perfect
