Spa guest for a 3 week stay with a very positive outcome: staff of real kindness and unlimited patience when faced with the demands of certain spa guests, care well observed and applied according to medical prescription, no material incident during the stay. in this establishment we are not called by number or letter. (Phew! That’s good, humans still exist here) I plan to come back next year and find all those smiles that feel good.
