The girl at the first window taking orders/payments this afternoon (9/25/2022), was unfriendly, and unhelpful. I had only been once before, so I had questions about some of the drinks to which she rolled her eyes at all of them and didn't know answers to any of them. Twice in a row my order was messed up. Both the same drink, Dr loco nut. The first two times I had it was perfect, these last two they did diet doctor pepper without letting me know which I couldn't even finish, and the 2nd I asked for a small, they charged and gave me a medium without repeating the order back, and they forgot the lime… That's the point of the loco nut drink. If there was no lime, let me know.

I edited to take a star off. And that's only because I'm priced out. $5 for a SMALL iced chai?? And the price of black coffee went up. I would love to support this place, but I just can't anymore.

I used to really like this place but the last 5 or 6 times I have been there have been super disappointing. I have order the same iced chia tea and ever time I got a very different drink, most of the time I end up throwing it away because it was unbearable to drink, sometimes I would even be given something that tasted more like coffee than chai.
