No dimentichiamo may i buoni tavoli . It was my canteen, twenty years ago. It is with pleasure (and also a bit of emotion that I see that Paolo is still in the furnaces. The spaghetti have lost nothing of their freshness, the salsa genovesi with pistou is always as scented. And Paolo's enthusiasm to offer you dishes that shave his eyes as much as the taste buds did not fade; A presto.
Paolo is the pizzaiolo of Boulogne. A fine, crunchy paste, fresh products and pasta with homemade sauces all more delicious than others. And all this for very reasonable rates... A little kitsch frame that is part of the charm of the place!
The base in Boulogne. A real family restaurant. We feel good, we eat well and Paolo is a cream. I grew up with this restaurant and it will be a pleasure to go there!
