Windsor - Boulder

Was a little piece of hometown MT, reminded me of bars back home in NE MT same with the small town feel. Not only that, but the staff AND patrons were amazing. They cook the steak on a grill right in front of you. Hoping to find myself back in Bouldersoon.

Great steaks and great atmosphere. Will be back for sure. Update; been back several more times now, and the food is very consistent. Steaks are cooked to order, right there, at the bar. I 'm a little annoyed though. My youngest, and most reservedchild, said their steaks are a little better than the ones I make on the grill. The fact that he ate the entire thing, wouldindicate he was sparing my feelings. So, I begrudgingly admit, they cook a meaner steak than I do, which just about cost them astar, but we will keeping an eye on them, by sampling the wares once in a while.

That is the place to the steak! nothing funny; no salate. they get a baked kartoffel, texas toast, and a big steak has really spiced. they also have hamburger and big hot dogs. I never had them because that steak is what I want.

Large small city bar with good food. friendly people.
