The Point Cafe Boulder

When I reached the front of the line, the girl at the counter completely overlooked me and kept making a drink, even after making eye contact. I felt uncomfortable standing there for several minutes without a single greeting from her. Once I finally placed my order, she forgot to make my drink while I waited at the counter, listening to her and the other staff joking around. I eventually had to approach her to remind her about my order. Additionally, there isn’t much seating—only counter and bar stools. I wouldn’t recommend this place for sitting down to enjoy coffee or lunch.

Fantastic Service! The Point Cafe is a reliable spot that excels at any time of day. The warm welcome from the staff is truly unmatched. Each cup of coffee and breakfast dish is prepared with such care as if they were making it for themselves, always ensuring that customers leave with a smile, even if they don't express it outwardly. The management is dedicated to customer satisfaction and is always willing to remake any item if something isn’t quite right.

We chose this restaurant because we were intrigued by their claim of roasting their own coffee. Unfortunately, the black coffee I ordered was almost cold, far from the ideal temperature for coffee. I found it quite disappointing and wouldn't recommend the black coffee if you plan to visit.

Awesome! Came in after a farmers market run and our food was ready as soon as we walked in. I had the guac with ham on an everything bagel. It was happily devoured.

Says they are open, and allows you to place an order. But they are closed, when you try to call it says the number is invalid. There is no way for me to cancel my order either so now I have to go through my bank to dispute the transaction.. ew. Update: they refused to do anything and were incredibly incredibly rude. They needed proof. You were CLOSED and can see orders come through. This place is stealing money from people and its disgusting. Ewwww
