Waiter was excellent however the bus person, a young lady, needs to be trained in how to clear a table. You don't scrape food from one plate to another and stack dishes then ask patrons to clear bread plates.

Not the cheapest restaurant in town; but delicious food, nice service and nice atmosphere ??

Celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary.It took me a while to find the perfect restaurant to celebrate but unfortunately this restaurant did not meet our expectations and we left both saying we probably will not be back.They sat us as a sweet little table next to the fireplace so it had great ambiance, and the service was decently nice. The waiter simply read us our “specials” for the night and served us but nothing amazing.My husband and I ordered the Colorado Prime Rib and 8oz filet with a side of lobster tail. We also ordered two sides of potatoes and broccolini.The sides were good. However for a restaurant that focuses on prime rib and steak, the meats were not great! The prime rib was served cold as I ate it immediately and it tasted like it was a day old with the fridge taste of being in the freezer too long. Therefore instead of sending it back to ask them to heat it I asked for more au jus so the meat would heat up more. The filet was not as tender as expected and slightly dry with the world’s most tiniest lobster tail I’ve ever seen. Not worth the $80 for that plate at all! And the after all that, I had severe stomach issues later that night for the next 24hrs from the prime rib?Spent $200 on a dinner that gave me stomach pains….so not worth it! I’m sad we wasted our anniversary dinner at this restaurant!

Overall, the food was amazing and so was the service. My wife and I just felt like things were a bit overpriced for what we were getting. I had the prime rib sandwich and it was absolutely delicious but for the amount received, I felt as though the price was a bit steep. Overall, we really enjoyed our evening out. 

One of the last places with truly good happy hour deals. Solidly good food, and a boulder institution for a reason.
