This is a lovely bar with a fantastic selection of creative and expertly crafted cocktails. They graciously catered to our large group, ensuring that our drinks and water were always topped up.

Bitter Bar is my favorite spot in Boulder! The drinks are fantastic, the service is exceptional, and the atmosphere is always enjoyable. They also offer a wonderful happy hour until 7 PM.

What an incredible cocktail bar! The manager, Kim, stopped by to share some insights about the place and crafted custom cocktails tailored to our favorite spirits and preferences. Both the Sazerac and the Boulevardier were fantastic. The atmosphere is really inviting, too. Make sure to chat with the bar staff—they're all wonderful! I highly recommend this spot!

This is the greatest cocktail bar I have ever been to. We all had the greatest cocktails ever and it’s all based on intuition. They made incredible cocktails and had the greatest service. Thank you!!
